Hi, I’m Dr. Anna!
I’m a licensed pelvic floor and women’s health physical therapist and mom who has spent the last 10 years helping women navigate the physical changes that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
I created Amie because I kept seeing the same problem: women needed ongoing support for their changing bodies, but care was too expensive, too inconvenient, or too hard to fit into real life.
